协同创新网络对创新绩效的影响研究——以天津市高新技术产业为例.doc

摘 要 在我国，高新技术产业发展的时间较短，存在自主创新能力弱、创新动力不足等 问题，因此，探索有效的创新模式已成为理论界关注的重点。而高新技术产业集群是 高新技术产业的一种重要发展模式，显示出了强大的生命力和经济活力。创新是高新 技术产业发展的生命线，创新能力的培育对集群竞争优势的长期保持具有重要意义。 在协同理论指导下，高新技术产业创新主体在频繁的联结和合作过程中形成协同创新 网络，通过协同创新活动的开展实现资源整合，获取单独个体所无法实现的协同效应， 提高了整体的创新绩效。 本文在前人研究的基础上，系统梳理了协同创新相关理论的内涵，探讨了高新技 术产业创新过程中协同主体的选择问题。以天津市高新技术产业为研究对象，以协同 理论，创新理论，创新绩效理论以及协同创新理论为基础，对协同创新网络形成的动 因和运行机制进行了深入分析，并指出了高新技术产业协同创新的优势方面。 在实证研究中，本文运用了超效率数据包络分析方法，对高新技术产业的创新绩 效影响因素进行了探讨和研究。 最后，针对天津市高新技术产业的发展提出了相关对策建议，丰富了高新技术产 业创新绩效发展的实证研究。 关键字：协同创新网络，创新绩效，高新技术产业 I 万方数据 ABSTRACT It is not long since high and new technology began in our country. Due to existing questions, such as weak capacity for independent innovation and lack of creative motivation, exploring effective innovation mode has become focus that the field of theory concerns. As an important development mode, high-tech industrial cluster has shown powerful vatality and economic dynamism. Innovation is the lifeline for the development of high and new technology industry. Therefore, cultivating innovation capacity is of great significance to maintain long-term competitive advantage of the cluster. Under the guidance of synergetics, innovation subjects have formed a synergetic innovation network through frequent connecti ons and cooperation. The innovation activities help to integrate resources while obtaining synergistic effect which a sole individual fails to. As a consequence, the overall innovation performance is improved. Based on previous studies, this article systematically analyzes synergistic correlation theories connotations and discusses options of subjects. The object of this dissertation is the high-tech industries in Tianjin, which is on the base of synergetics, theory of innovation and performance, as well as synergetic innovation theory.
