摘 要 对话式教学作为全新的教育理念，是当前时代发展的必然趋势，同时随着新的课程改革工作不 断深入进行，这一教学方式也必将迎来发展的新阶段。它赋予教学以新的思维方式，“以学定教， 以学论教”等观念日渐深入人心，构建了一种新型的师生关系，形成了一种合理的教学方式，体现 了从追求群体效率到关注个体发展的新的教学精神。在当前高中语文教学过程中，对话式教学是一 种全新的教学方式，对于教育工作的影响相当重大，所以，应当加强对相关教学策略的分析，以更 好地实现教学水准的提高。 通过对当前教学现状的分析，在实践的对话式的教学应用过程当中依然存在有对于教学内容和 教学思想理解不到位的情况，部分教师甚至是对原本的对话式的教学产生了曲解，进而使得教育工 作的开展受到了巨大影响，新的问题新的矛盾层出不穷。 本文从高中语文教学这个角度出发，将针对这一方面的内容展开论述，详细地分析高中语文对 话式教学的基本现状，同时分析教学工作中存在的问题，并对改革的方案进行了系统性的分析。首 先，在教学中语文教师要以人为本,通过教学角色的转变，可以使得师生之间的对话氛围得到全面的 改进；其次，在对话的教学中还应当尊重学生的个性化差异；最后，为教师和学生之间的对话寻求 基本的空间，并且创设出相对应的课程教学情境，通过自主性的教学，为对话式教学的开展奠定坚 实基础。并在此基础上更好地实现教育事业的发展，为真正意义上达到高中语文教学工作创新改良 的效果奠定坚实基础。 关键词 高中语文 对话式教学 主体地位 平等性 II 万方数据 Abstract As a new philosophy of education teaching idea, is the inevitable trend of the current development of the times, at the same time, along with the new curriculum reform unceasingly thorough, the dialogue type teaching will also usher in the development of a new stage.
