PAGE PAGE 38 PAGE 1 砂带机的设计 摘要:砂带机是对工件进行降低表面粗糙度加工的一类机器。砂带机分为金属类砂带机和木工类砂带机。木工砂带机也就是人称之为：带式木工砂光机。砂光机主要用于人造板的基板砂削，砂光机是利用磨具对人造板类，木制品构件进行砂削加工的设备。砂光机在人造板和家具行业中使用广泛，需求量大，品种较多，近年来发展迅速。砂光机的特点是适应性强，能提高工作的尺寸精度，也能降低工件的表面粗糙度，是木材加工的重要机床之一。 综合以上考虑之后，将本次设计内容定为单面双砂架上砂式宽带砂光机的设计，输送带送料，辊式砂架粗磨，压磨式砂架精磨的组合。压磨式砂架由接触辊，压磨器，张紧辊组成。 考虑到防止重心过高引起整机振动，设计中将主电机置于下方，并通过皮带传动带动驱动辊旋转，使整机重心下降，并且机架底端开有地脚螺栓孔，使用前需固定安装于地板上，有效增强整机的稳定性。 关键词：宽带；砂光机；压磨式砂架；压磨器；辊式砂架 The design of the sand fabrics Lixiaojian (Machinery and transportation institute,Southwest forestry university, Kunming,Yunnan 650224 China) Digest:Belt Sander is one kind of the machine for reducing the surface roughness of the workpiece. belt sander Divided into metal kind of belt sander and carpentry belt sander .Carpentry sand is also what machine people called: belt woodworking sanding machine.Belt Sander is the equipment utilizing attrition tool for machining to every kind of board and woodwork component. The belt sander is widely applicated in the wood-based plate and furniture trade, the requirement is very large. The belt sander have lots of variety and develop fast in recent years. The sander have the characteristic of good adaptability, so it can improve the size precision of the work, take from the surface roughness of the work piece, becoming one of the important lathes of wood working. More comprehensive consideration,so the design content as single double sand on sand in broadband sanding machine design .It has two sand belt shelves which locate on the up part of the sander, feed with track, and have the two kinds of sand shelves. To avoid too big vibrating from the gravity if it was located high, and the electrical engineer drives the roller with leather belt. And the bottom of the anchor bolt holes open have, before the use should be installed on fixed on the floor. This design attaches a good stability.
