米心水青冈遗传多样性分析.docVIP

米心水青冈遗传多样性和遗传结构研究 摘要： 利用6对SSR引物对米心水青冈的25个居群的遗传多样性及遗传结构进行了检测分析，结果表明，米心水青冈的遗传多样性（Na= 47，He=0.576）偏低，供试居群的基因分化系数Fst 平均为0.1385，表明14%的遗传变异存在于居群间，而86%的遗传变异存在于居群内。居群间遗传一致度变化范围为0.0656—0.7420，且居群地理距离越远，遗传距离就越大。本研究为水青冈品种遗传多样性的评价和采用合理的保护策略提供了科学依据。 关键词：水青冈；遗传多样性；遗传结构；SSR Genetic diversity and genetic structure of Fagus engleriana Seem.( Fagaceae) Abstract: Genetic diversity and genetic structure of 25 populations of Fagus engleriana Seem. were studied by using 6 microsatellite loci. he results revealed a low degree of genetic diversity (Number of different alleles, Na was 4. 7.
