弯头注塑工艺及模具设计 摘 要：本次毕业设计的题目为弯头注塑工艺及模具设计，首先要设计塑件的尺寸， 使之符合实际需求。然后要对塑件的原材料及工艺性能进行分析。主要的设计包括分 型面的选择、浇注系统的设计、冷却系统的设计、型腔和型芯的结构设计、推出复位 机构的设计、侧向抽芯和导向机构的设计。还要选择合适的注塑机，并要进行相关参 数的校核，例如注塑吋的压力校核、最大注塑量、锁模力、开模行程的校核等，要保 证设计的模具合理。此次设计的主要任务是设计型芯和型腔。通过设计，保证能利用 该模具生产出合理的弯头产品，满足实际的生产需要，提高生产效率。关于弯头部分, 需采用两个不同方向的侧向抽芯，比较复杂。在设计过程中，运用了 Proe对塑件进 行三维造型，用CAD绘图软件进行工作图的绘制。总之，本次弯头注塑模具设计的结 构合理，并且制造方便，安全可靠。 关键词：直角弯头，注塑模具，模具设计，型芯 Bend molding process and mold design Abstract： The topic of my diploma project is 90-degree bend injection molding process and mold design. First, we need to design the size of the plastic parts to conform the actual demand.Then need to analysis the materials and process performance of the plastic parts ? The mainly design includ the selection of parting surface, the design of gating system, the design of cooling system,the structure design of cavity and core ,the design of launch and reset mechanism,the design of side core pulling and the design of guide mechanism ? Whafs more, we need select the reasonable injection molding machine and check the related parameters such as verifying the injection pressure, the maximum injection quantity, the clamping force and the mold opening stroke to ensure the reasonableness of the design. The main task of this design is the core and cavity of the die. We can ensure the mold to produce reasonable bend products to meet the actual production needs and improve the production efficiency through the design. The bend part have a little complex because we need to use two different side core pulling.I use the Proe to draw the three-dimensional modeling of the plastic parts and the CAD mapping software to draw the working drawing in the design process- In a word, this design of the bend injection mold is structure reasonable, manufacture ease, safe and reliable.
