无锡锡航刚架拱桥加固工程的结构设计 华渊1 周太全1张小禹2刘希森2 (1.江南大学土木工程系江苏无锡 214122;2. 无锡市政公用事业局江苏无锡 214100 摘要:无锡市运河上锡航刚架拱桥主孔净跨50米,全长59米,桥梁出现了不同程度的病害,迫切需要进行加固改造。介绍了锡航刚架拱桥的病害分析和加固设计方案。危旧刚架拱片桥内力分析比较复杂,为准确了解旧刚架拱片桥的受力特征和对加固方案进行结构检算,采用结构分析程序Sap2000建立了该旧刚架拱片桥加固前、加固后的三维有限元模型,分析模型详细考虑了上部结构和拱之间的相互作用,进行了旧刚架拱片桥加固前、加固后的结构内力分析。计算分析结果表明:加固后各截面承载力满足规范要求。为了检验桥梁加固效果,进行了汽车-15静力荷载试验。试验结果表明:加固后的锡航桥符合设计的汽车-15荷载要求 关键词:刚架拱片桥;加固;结构分析;三维有限元分析;静力荷载试验 Structural Design of Wuxi Old Frame Arch Bridge Retrofitting Engineering Hua Yuan1 Zhou Taiquan1 Zhang Xiaoyu2Liu Xisen2 (1.Department of Civil Engineering, Southern Yangtze University, Jiangsu Wuxi 214122; 2 Bureau of Wuxi Municipal Public Utility, Jiangsu Wuxi 214100 Abstract: The clean main span of the old frame arch bridge cross over Wuxi canal is 50 meters with 59 meters span in total. There are different kinds of structural illness in the bridge and the bridge is in need of retrofitting. The internal force analysis of the old frame arch bridge is complex to be performed. To understand the internal force distribution of the frame arch bridge better and to provide necessary information for establishing corresponding bridge retrofitting scheme, three dimensional finite element models for the old frame arch bridge before and after being retrofitted are developed using the structural analysis program SAP2000. The interaction between the superstructure and the main arch is considered in detail in the model developed. The structural internal force analysis is performed on the model under both conditions. Computation results show that the limit bearing capacity of different governing section of the arch after being retrofitted achieves the design code requirements. In order to instigate the performance of the retrofitting Xihang frame arch bridge, the static car Q-15 load experiment is performed on the bridge. The static car load experiment result shows that the retrofitted bridge achieves the designed car Q-15 requirement. Key Words: Frame arch bridge; retrofitting engin
