[Note: this chart is similar to the one found in the Tellus Family Brand Manual, chapter 6 page 14. It has been modified from the original, and seen and approved by OBML/53. This chart will be used in all subsequent mapping of Tellus and Competitors oils in this presentation. ] On the right hand side are the standard definitions of anti-wear performance, mainly with the well-known Vickers test sequences, based around the V104C vane pump, the 35VQ25 pump and the FZG gear test. [See chapter 5, pps 15, 16 18 for more information on these tests.] Cincinnati-Milacron provide us with performance at higher temperatures - thermal stability [see chapter 5, p 18]. All remaining tests are laboratory performance tests of robustness under adverse conditions - filterability, rusting - or general performance - oxidation, demulsibility, stick-slip. [Details of all these tests (and photographs etc) are to be found in Chapter 5 of the Brand manual.] The next few slides demonstrate how difficult it is to formulate a balanced oil, Competitors and finally Tellus hydraulic oils performance against all these requirements. * * 8 8 8 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 22 22 22 * * 24 24 24 * * * * * * * * 气蚀 气蚀是当压力降低时,液压液中的气泡发生破裂的现象,极易在油泵配油盘的低压侧发生,从而释放出油中的气泡,使油没法填充到所有的区域。 当液压液中混有气泡时,发生气蚀的可能性增大 由于气泡的存在,气蚀能导致润滑失效,从而引起振动和过度磨损 造成轴承失效 引起叶片泵叶片的振动,并导致叶片划破润滑油膜,造成定子内环的脉动磨损 爬行 某些液压系统会有不平稳的运动趋势,称为爬行现象。 液压缸在重载低速运动时容易发生爬行现象。当静摩擦力增至最大值之前,油缸活塞保持静止;一旦超过最大值,即发生滑动。 在严格要求平稳运行的场合,如飞行模拟机和某些机床,爬行会造成很大麻烦。 往液压液中加入摩擦改进添加剂有助于改善摩擦特性并防止爬行。 流量不足(导致油缸慢动作、控制部件反应迟钝等) 泵的旋转方向错误(对单方向泵) 检查铭牌指示方向,更正油泵旋转方向 油箱油位太低 经常检查吸油情况,加入足够的正确油品 吸油管路有空气进入 检查接头,并紧固 吸油管或吸油过滤器堵塞 检查管路和过滤器,确保畅通,必要时更换过滤器 油泵转速不够 检查实际转速并根据设备制造商要求更正速度 流量不足(导致油缸慢动作、控制部件反应迟钝等) 油太稠(升温后现象减弱) 根据设备制造商要求检查油品温度和粘度,必要时更换。 泵零部件损坏 取出并更换受损零件 溢流阀卡住在开口状态 在系统无负载的情况下注意溢流阀有否回油,拆开清洗后重新安装溢流阀。 油太簿(升温后现象加剧) 根据设备制造商要求检查油品温度和粘度。 流
