基于PLC的矿井空压机房无人值守系统设计 摘要：空气压缩机是矿井用于制造及运输压缩混合空气不可或缺的动力设备。一般设置在矿井上方，通过管道将压缩的空气输送到矿井下方，带动风动机械工作，不产生火花，不惧超负荷，无触电危险，在矿井这类湿度大、温度高、灰尘多的复杂环境中能高效工作。螺杆式空压机是容积式空压机的一种，通过齿轮的高效转动，使主轴承旋转压缩混合空气，经过混合油气处理对内部的高温压缩混合空气进行降温处理，由机体排出的混合空气通过两种不同的分离工艺，将混合空气的空气与油分离开来，从而得到纯净的压缩空气，其可靠性高、噪声小、振动小、损耗部位更换容易、操作简单方便、运行效率高等特点，符合现代自动化工业发展需求。在现代工业自动化生产中PLC硬件的升级以及可编程控制技术的高速发展，使得PLC控制技术的应用性进一步增强。对于矿产行业的安全稳定要求严格的形式下，PLC技术的稳定及可靠性能就更加适合这类需要稳定度高的生产行业，同时对于大型空气压缩设备的控制应用会更加高效、便捷，让工作更加智能、可靠。本系统采用西门子TIA PORTAL这款由西门子公司开发的全集成自动化软件，高效可靠的解决了包括组态、通讯、HMI等一系列问题，从而实现空压机房无人值守。 关键词：TIA；螺杆式空压机；无人值守；可编程控制 Unmanned system design of mine air compressor room based on PLC Abstract: Air compressor is an indispensable power equipment for the production andtransportation of compressed air mixture.
