乡村旅游是一种新的旅游形式，其随着社会经济发展而产生，对农村人民经济水平的提高和促进就业有着至关重要的作用，是今后一段时间内桂林旅游发展的主旋律。目前桂林市乡村旅游取得了一定的发展，通过对桂林市乡村旅游发展现状分析，可以看出，桂林市乡村旅游的不足主要体现在没有完善的法律法规、人才的不足、没有对乡村旅游资源进行很好的整合和宣传，以及缺少文化的发掘与创新等问题，导致桂林乡村旅游的形象和市场知名度不高。桂林应借鉴其他地区先进经验，加大宣传与创新齐头并进，加大人才的培养，提高旅游服务质量和游客满意度，树立桂林乡村旅游的良好形象，完善我国乡村旅游的相关立法，使得乡村旅游发展能够做到有法可依。并且在发展过程中应做到既保护生态与资源，又实现乡村旅游的可持续发展。 关键词：乡村旅游；问题；对策 Abstract Rural tourism is a new form of tourism, which along with the social and economicdevelopment. Its most important to improve rural peoples economic level and promoteemployment that become the theme of Guilin tourism development over a period of time. Atpresent, the rural tourism has its own development. From the analysis of the current situationof the development of rural tourism in Guilin, the shortage of rural tourism is mainly in lawsand regulations.
