???? 中华胃康．对实验性胃溃疡及HP抑制作用的研究 ???? ???? 摘要　应用大、小鼠胃溃疡实验性胃溃疡模型，研究中华胃康的抗溃疡作用。结果证明，中华胃康5～20mg．kg－1，明显抑制大鼠应激性、幽门结扎型、利血平型、消炎痛型和小鼠组织胺型胃溃疡，并伴有胃液量、胃酸、胃蛋白酶活性降低，Alcian－blue测胃粘液合成增加；并可促进乙酸型溃疡愈合；效应与剂量相关。对幽门螺旋菌（HP）具有强烈抑制作用，MIC为0.024～0.048mg．kg－1。关键词　中华胃康　抗胃溃疡　胃酸　胃蛋白酶　幽门螺旋菌（HP) Studies on Anti－gastric Ulcer Action of Zhonghuaweikangin Rats Mice and Inhibitory Effect on Helicobacter Pylori Wang Ruiming（Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Quan Zhou）Xie Zhenjia，Zhang yongchuan（New Drug Pharmacological Research Center，Fujian Health School） Abstract The purpose of this paper is to use a gastric ulcers model to study the effects of Zhonghua Weikang （ZHWK）in rats、mice. The results showed that ZHWK 5～20mg．kg－1 inhibited the rat gastric ulcers induced by stress，pyloric ligation，reserpine，indomethacin and the mice gastric ulcers induced by histamine.ZHWK 10～15mg．kg－1 ig decreased the amount of gastric juice，gastric acid and the activity of pepsin.ZHWK 5～20mg．kg－1 ig increased the releasc of gastrie barrier mucus through Alcian－blue experiment.ZHWK 10～20mg．kg－1 po accelerated the healing of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid.The effect is relative with the dosage.ZHWK strongly inhibit the development of Helicobacter pylori（HP）.The MIC is 0.024～0.048mg．ml－1.Key words Zhonghuaweikang (ZHWK) Anti－gastric ulcer Gastric acidPepsin Helicobacter pylori（Hp） 　　中华胃康是由土荆芥(藜科藜属植物，学名chenopodium ambrosioides L.,)及水团花(茜草科水杨梅属植物，学名Adina rubella Hance)按一定比例提取的挥发油制成。土荆芥具有健胃止痛作用，水团花有清热利湿、消瘀定痛作用。经长期临床应用证实其对胃溃疡有显著疗效。我们对其抗溃疡作用及对幽门螺旋菌抑制作用进行了实验研究［1，2］，并初步探讨其作用原理。 实验材料 1　实验动物　大白鼠、SD。体重150～220 g。小白鼠、ICK。体重18～22 g。♀?各半，中英合资上海SIPPR／BKLtd供应，清洁级。本研究中心动物房合格证：闽医动条准第001号。2.试验药品　中华胃康原液，p＝0.937，pH＝4.60，批号920128，厦门同安同民医院提供。试验时用精制植物油配成一定浓度（0.5～2 mg／ml）。雷尼替丁：广州白云山制药总厂，批号910503。硫酸阿托品粉，北京制药厂，批号821101。 试验方法［3，4，5］和结果 　　每项实验大、小鼠按性别、体重分区随机分实验组和对照组。实验组给中华胃康5～20mg．kg－1，阴性对照组给等量生理盐水，阳性对照组给雷尼替丁200mg．kg－1或阿托品10mg．kg－1。按常规于造溃疡模型前48 h禁食不禁水。1　应激性溃疡　大鼠50只，159±13 g。ig给药，bid×2 d，末次ig后1 h，产生应激性溃疡，18 h后处死。用Takagi法检查胃粘膜溃疡数及程度，参照
