後設認知知識及策略運用在高中英文寫作課程之成效研究: 以英文網路互動式學習(IWiLL)為行動研究平台 The Effects of Applying Metacognitive Knowledge and Strategies to a Senior High School English Writing Program: An Action Research via the Intelligent Web-based Interactive Language Learning (IWiLL) Platform 計畫主持人:陳健鏘校長 協同主持人:巫春貴校長 曾慧超主任 研究人員 :任以真 張玉玲 國立中興高級中學 National Chung Hsing Senior High School Abstract The main purpose of the research is to explore the effects of integrating metacognitive knowledge and strategies into a senior high school writing program. With the attempt to design an English writing program to improve the writing strategy use of the students low in English writing ability in National Chung Hsing Senior High School (CHSH), the research will be presented by discussing the following dimensions, including (1) the present writing instruction within our school (2) the notion of metacognition and the important role it plays in writing instruction (3) The Intelligent Web-based Interactive Language Learning (IWiLL) Platform (4) the instruments applied, including two questionnaires, an open-ended survey, an introspective interview and two motivation surveys (pre- and post- tests) (5) the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the data collected. Suggestions and recommendations of the research are to be offered, which concern mainly the metacognitive knowledge involved in writing in general, and the metacognitive strategies associated with it.
