地铁盾构施工的质量管理 Subway Shield Construction Quality Management 摘 要：随着社会经济和城市规模的快速发展，人民生活水平也得到极大提高，近几年 来福州市的私有汽车数量持续增长，历史古城的市政交通环境已不堪重负。如果不采取有 效措施，交通环境将严重影响福州市的可持续发展。因此，福州市政府规划在未来20 年 内建设7 条地下轨道交通线路，以改善交通环境。其中1 号线长28.8 公里，计划2014 年建成通车；2 号线长26.5 公里，计划2018 年前建成通车。地铁的建设需要严谨科学理 论作为指导，丰富的施工经验作为基础。本文通过对地铁盾构管片施工过程中主要的四种 工程质量问题影响的重要性判别，规范要求解读，成因分析，探讨其具体预防措施，以阐 述盾构隧道管片质量管理的方法及其重要性,从而为提高工程质量作理论准备。 Abstract: Along with the social economy and urban scale of rapid development, peoples living standard have been improved significantly in recent years, the number of private cars in Fuzhou continue to grow, historical ancient municipal traffic environment already crumbling. If you dont take effective measures, the traffic environment will seriously affect the sustainable development of Fuzhou city. Therefore, Fuzhou city government planning over the next 20 years construction 7 underground transit lines, to improve traffic conditions.
