In the current financial management of state-owned enterprises in China there are many problems. These problems seriously hinder the development of state-owned enterprises in China, on Chinas economy had an immeasurable impact. This article is to identify the state-owned enterprise financial management problems, and give a solution to help the state-owned enterprises out of existing impact. Financial management in state-owned enterprises: strong sense of risk management; state the overall quality of corporate financial officers need to be further enhanced; internal management system and the main problems with poor management of funds.
