摘要 随着现代企业的不断发展， 企业的现金管理已经不单指现金的交易管理和账 目管理，而是包括收付款管理、 现金流动的集约化管理、 运营安全和风险管理和 实现现金收益的投资管理在内的一系列管控措施。 本文首先分析企业现金管理的概念， 主要阐释现金管理的内涵和外延， 在解 决现金管理的基础性问题后， 再详细地介绍企业现金管理所包含的主要内容， 包 括特点和内容涵盖。在此基础上，分析当前我国企业现金管理所出现的主要问题， 最后根据现金管理的特点和问题， 提出制定严格的额度标准、 加快现金的使用效 率、完善企业内部管理机制以及细化的现金管理措施等对策。 在完善企业现金管 理理论的同时，也希望对企业的现金管理起到实质上的促进作用。 关键词： 企业；现金管理；概念；对策 Abstract With the continuous development of modern enterprise, the enterprises cash management has not only refers to the transactions of cash management and accounting management, but including paying cash flow management, intensive management, operational safety and risk management and implementation of investment management of cash earnings, a series of control measures.
