食品安全投诉举报工作机制优化对策研究——以江西省W县为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 民以食为天，食品安全与人民群众切身利益息息相关。党中央、国务 院一直高度重视食品安全工作。党的十九大报告明确提出实施食品安全战 略，要让人民吃得放心。一定要用最严谨的标准、最严格的监管、最严厉 的处罚、最严肃的问责，确保人民群众 “舌尖上的安全”。 食品安全不仅需要监管部门的监管，也需要社会公众参与监督。投诉 举报部门是食品监管部门与人民群众交流、沟通的重要渠道。优化基层监 管部门食品安全投诉举报工作得机制，对提高基层监管部门食品安全监管 水平 ，推动我国食品市场健康发展具有很大促进作用。 本文以江西省W 县食品安全投诉举报工作机制进行调查研究，分析探 讨W 县食品安全投诉举报工作现状和存在的问题。从食品安全监管的各参 与主体出发，为优化我国基层监管部门食品安全投诉举报工作机制提出建 议对策。 关键词：食品安全 ；投诉举报；机制 I Abstrsct The food safety is closely related to peoples vital interests. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have always attached great importance to food safety work. The report to the 19th national congress ofthe communist party of China (CPC) clearly put forward a food safety strategy to ensure that the people can eat with confidence. We must ensure the safety of the people with the strictest standards, the strictest supervision, the strictest punishment andthe strictest accountability. Food safety not onlyneedsthe supervision of supervision departments,but also needs the public to participate in the supervision. Complaint reporting department is an important channel for food supervision department to communicate with the masses. Optimizing the mechanism of food safety complaints and reportsby grassroots supervision departmentsplays a great role in improving the level of food safety supervision by grassroots supervision departmentsandpromotingthehealthy development ofChinasfoodmarket.
