试验、实习管理规则
为了加强和规范试验、实习目标管理,明确老师和试验员责任,确保学校财产不受损失和公共财物不受侵害,也为了加强学生良好习惯养成,以确保教学步骤按质、按量地顺利进行,特制订以下规则,请各位老师及试验员遵照实施,以树立我科良好形象。
带试验实习老师和试验员应为教学试验、实习提前做好必需准备以确保教学正进行。
带试验实习老师和试验员必需提前五分钟到场,不得迟到、早退、无故旷课,也不得无故离开试验、实习场所,若有特殊情况,应提前向科室请假。
各试验室人员每七天须安排一次扫除,负责你所管辖试验、实习场所清洁并定时检验试验实习场所安全。
若试验室人员钥匙一旦交由带试验、实习老师,则试验室清洁和财产由老师全权负责,老师应天天安排学生做好清洁、关好门窗,并督促检验全部设备,试验实习完成后,应立即把钥匙交给试验员并同时清点财物及设备以免责任不明。
各试验、实习场地钥匙在任何时候一律不准交由学生管理,必需由老师亲自开关试验室和实习场所。未经科室同意和教学安排,各试验室、实习场所不得在非上课时间开放。若遇特殊情况经同意后须有试验员和老师亲自参与监督,方可开放。
带试验、实习老师和试验人员绝不能消极怠慢,如看书看报等,必需负责学生纪律和严格考勤学生迟到、早退、旷课等,严禁学生在试验、实习场所抽烟、打牌、看小说、打闹、乱涂乱画,损坏公物等,要做到随时检验、随时发觉。一旦有不良情况应立即向科室汇报方便立即处理。
带试验实习老师和试验员应严格根据试验实习目标和任务加强对学生实际动手能力培养并严格考查,不及格者,绝不能姑息迁就。
科室采取不定时抽查方法并结合学校学生科检验情况,对违纪违规有上述七条之一者依据学校相关要求进行处罚。
