经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘要 我国想要发展完善的社会主义市场经济首先且必然要做的是转变政府职能。政府职能的转变有助于优化配置行政职能目标的实现，同时也有助于改革机构和建立健全科学的行政体制。政府职能的转变主要表现在下述的两个层面:一是经济调节职能的转变；二是市场监管职能的转变。政府职能的转变也要不断的提升政府所具有的社会管理职能和公共服务职能，将其看作是一项持久且艰巨的任务。我国当前的社会在逐渐的发展中产生了极大的改变，有效的变革了我国的经济、国家政治体制和社会，这种转变引发了我国社会各界的广泛关注，同时也对国际社会的发展产生了深远的影响，但是我国当前的行政管理体制仍然存在着与快速发展的经济社会不适应的问题。因此为了解决这一问题必须要不断地推进改革，促进政府职能的转变，构建一个更为和谐的社会，发展更加具备可持续性质的经济，必须要加快完成行政管理体制改革目标。本文从解决问题的层面上深入的找寻和分析了转变政府职能的有效措施，希望可以为进一步深化改革政府机构提供参考和借鉴。 关键词：政府职能;行政改革;行政体制 Abstract If we want to develop a perfect socialist market economy, the first thing we must do is to transform the functions of the government. The transformation of government functions helps to optimize the allocation of administrative functions, and also helps to reform institutions and establish a sound scientific administrative system. The transformation of government functions is mainly manifested in two aspects: one is the transformation of economic regulation function; the two is the transformation of market regulation function. The transformation of government functions should also constantly enhance the social management functions and public service functions of the government, which is regarded as a long-term and arduous task. Our countrys current society has made great changes in the gradual development, which has effectively changed our countrys economy, the state political system and the society.
