PAGE PAGE 6 企业人本管理研究 摘 要 人本管理是企业在全球化竞争背景下，为提高核心竞争力而广泛采用的重要管理理论。学界对人本管理理论的概念虽存分歧，但共识更多。笔者认为，企业人本管理理论是在西方企业管理理论基础上诞生并发展起来的，我们可从古典管理理论、行为科学理论和现代管理理论中找到人本管理理论的发展脉络。随着经济社会发展，人们的意识和观念也发生了深刻变化。企业不再单纯将追求经济效益作为唯一目标，社会效益、职工权益和环境保护等越来越受到重视。人本管理将人作为管理的核心和关键，正符合了这一趋势。本文从人本管理的内涵出发，概述了企业人本管理理论的发展历程，总结了企业人本管理的三重导向，分析了我国企业人本管理存在的问题，探讨了企业进行人本管理的途径。 关键词：人本管理 导向 问题 途径 Study on the humanization management of enterprise ABSTRACT Management is one of the enterprises in the context of global competition, an important management theory to enhance the core competitiveness of a widely used. The academic concept of humanistic management theory have differences, but the consensus more. The author thinks, the enterprise human resource management theory was born and developed in the western enterprise management theory, we can find the development of humanistic management theory from the classical management theory, behavior science theory and modern management theory. With the development of economy and society, peoples consciousness and concept have undergone profound changes. Business is no longer simply the pursuit of economic benefits as the only goal, social benefits, the rights and interests of workers and the environment protection is paid more and more attention. The management of people to people as the core and key management, is in line with the trend. In this paper, from the connotation of the humanistic management of enterprises, development of the management theory is summarized, summed up the three redirection of humanistic management in enterprises, analyzed our country enterprise person this management problems, discusses the way of the management of enterprises.
