中国科技论文在线 建筑企业与供应商的关系质量对企业竞争 力的影响研究# 刘海萍，郝生跃** 5 （北京交通大学经济管理学院，北京100044 ） 摘要：关系质量对企业的竞争力具有一定的影响作用。供应商是建筑企业的主要利益相关者 之一，建筑企业与供应商关系质量的高低，直接影响着建筑企业在交易中的主动性，从而影 响企业的竞争力水平。通过问卷，收集对建筑企业与供应商关系质量的相关数据，应用结构 10 方程模型分析建筑企业与供应商的关系质量对建筑企业竞争力的影响。实证分析的结果表 明：建筑企业与供应商之间的信任、承诺、沟通、协调对它们之间的关系质量有正向影响， 关系质量对竞争力有正向影响。 关键词：供应商 关系质量 竞争力 结构方程模型 中图分类号：F279.23 15 the Research on the Influence of Relationship Quality Effecting Its Competitiveness between Construction Enterprise and Its Suppliers LIU Haiping, HAO Shengyue 20 (School of Economics and Management, Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing 100044) Abstract: Relationship quality has a certain influence on the enterprise competitiveness. The supplier is one of the main stakeholders of the construction enterprises, and the relationship quality of the construction enterprise and its supplier, directly affects the construction enterprises in the trade initiative, and then affects the enterprise competitiveness level. After the survey and 25 data collection, the Research on the influence of Relationship Quality between Construction Enterprise and Its Supplier Effecting Its Competitiveness is carried out.
