摘 要 农业产业扶贫是国务院扶贫办“一体两翼”战略的重要内容之一，是脱贫攻坚和 开发式扶贫的核心内容。随着经济的发展，脱贫攻坚不断深入推进，巴中市农业产业 发展也发生了质的跨越，生产模式由传统手工作业逐渐转向半机械化、半自动化生产 模式，但现阶段的农业产业扶贫模式也表现出一定的局限性。巴中地处川东北边缘， 经济发展较落后，如何抓住脱贫攻坚这一重要战略部署为契机，探索一条适宜巴中农 业产业发展的新路子，为加快“治蜀兴川，振兴革命老区”建设再上台阶具有十分重 要的意义，为“乡村振兴”打下坚实的基础。本论文从农业产业扶贫理论、规模经济 理论、产业组织理论、组织创新与制度变迁理论四个方面探索研究巴中农业产业扶贫 及今后的发展模式。研究方式方法以巴中市贫困地区农业产业扶贫模式为研究对象， 采取文献检索法、专家访谈法、综合分析法相结合的研究方法，对巴中农业产业扶贫 发展现状进行了梳理总结，并对现有的巴中农村主要的农业产业扶贫模式进行了比较 分析，指出了各种模式存在的问题，认为巴中农业产业扶贫模式未来发展方向应侧重 于发展 “党支部+合作社+电商+贫困户”、 “乡村旅游+合作社+贫困户”、 “企业+ 农技+合作社+贫困户”、“公司+政府+金融机构+合作社+贫困户”等模式，使之形成 相关的利益共同体，并为下一步完善巴中市农业产业扶贫提出了相关的对策建议。 关键词： 农业， 产业扶贫，模式， 对策 I ABSTRACT Poverty alleviation in the agricultural industry is one of the important contents of the one integrated two wings strategy of the poverty relief office of the state council, and is the core content of poverty alleviation and development-oriented poverty alleviation.With the development of economy, the fight against poverty has been deepened, and the agricultural industry in bazhong has made a qualitative leap.
