内容摘要 随着全球化竞争的挑战，技术创新的作用日益明显，而高新技 术产品出口量也已经成为各国外贸增长的引擎。本文选取浙江在入 世以后到金融危机这段时间的数据，以 RD投入量和专利申请数为 变量，贸易竞争力指数为应变量，并基于国内外对技术创新和高新 技术产品出口问题的研究，采用规范分析与实证分析相结合，定性 分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，对技术创新与高新技术产品竞 争力进行分析。找出浙江高新技术产品出口贸易与技术创新发展存 在的问题，并对两者进行回归分析和相关分析。进而提出技术创新 对提高高新技术产品出口竞争力的应对措施，突出技术创新在高新 技术产品出口中的作用，为各企业提升白身竞争力提供借鉴，促使浙 江名副其实的从贸易大省走向贸易强省。 关键词：技术创新、高新技术产品、RD贸易竞争力指数、专利申 请数 ABSTRACT With the globalization competition, the effect of technological innovation is increasingly obvious , and the high-tech product exports also has become a world trade growth engines.
