Through mental intervention ， the anxiety degree was significant lower than before. The strategies of coping with psychological frustrations of undergraduates are as follows: to strengthen the consciousness of self-dealing ； to strengthen the cognitive psychological counseling for undergraduates ； to carry out active intervention of the psychological problems of undergraduates ； to carry out individual employment guidance for undergraduates ； to strengthen the quality education ， especially the psychological quality education ； to strengthen communication between schools and parents.
