He who doesn’t reach the Great Wall is not a true man.等句子。 2. 能力目标:能在一种贴近现实生活的语境中正确地运用所学的用语进行对话,以达到“学习活动化,活动交际化”的目的。 教学重难点 教学重点:掌握词汇camera, saying, reach, anything, true, everyone. 教学难点:运用本课所学的用语进行情景对话。 教学方法 情景交际教学法,合作学习教学法。 教学媒体准备 教学卡片cards、tape-recorder、多媒体课件ppt. 课时安排 1课时 教学过程 Step 1: Warm-up 师生之间互相打招呼问好并自由对话(Free talk)营造上英语课的氛围,让学生进入学习英语的状态:Hello! Nice to meet you. How are you today? How’s the weather today? What day is today? How’s the weather today? Are you happy today? Sept 2: Presentation 1.出示长城图片,问:What’s this? 答:The Great Wall. 教师引导:Last week, Jenny, Danny and Li Ming went to the Tian’anmen Square and the Palace Museum. Today, They are going to the Great Wall, this class, let’ s go to the Great Wall all together, ok? 引出新课:This class, we will study Lesson 10《The Great Wall》. 出示课题,领读课题。教师讲解长城历史,了解长城的悠久历史。中华大地上的万里长城,凝结着历代各族劳动人民的血汗与智慧,从春秋战国起相继有二十多个诸侯国和封建王朝修筑过长城,前后持续达两千余年总长度超过100000里,是世界上最伟大的奇迹之一。 2.细读短文回答问题。(在原文中圈出答案) a. How do Jenny, Danny and Li Ming get to the Great Wall? b. What does Jenny take to the Great Wall? c. How old is the Great Wall? d. How long is the Great Wall? e. Do you know a Chinese saying about the Great Wall? 学生细读短文,小组讨论,在原文中圈出答案,然后共同解答。 3.解答:a. How do Jenny, Danny and Li Ming get to the Great Wall?学生说一说,然后出示公共汽车的图片,最后出示答案:They need to take a bus. 教师讲解:need to do sth.是指:需要做某事,主语往往是人。学生根据这句话,用need to每人说一句话。 4.解答:b. What does Jenny take to the Great Wall? 学生先回答,然后出示相机图片,教学camera,学生边说单词,边用手作拍照的动作。然后出示答案:She takes her camera.教师:Now,两人一组练习“May I take a picture of you,______? Sure.”作给别人拍照的对话。 5.解答:c. How old is the Great Wall?学生回答,然后出示答案:It’s about 2000 years old.再出示图片,长满草的很有历史痕迹的一张图片,学生看图用一个单词描述这幅图,old,出示句子:That’s very old. 体会very old. 然后找学生说一说old的反义词young.然后出示比较年轻的长城图片,观察这幅图,你发现了什么?学生说一说,然后出示句子:There are so many people here. 理解so many,最后用so many说一句话。 6.解答:d.
