Please stand up. 学情分析 三年级的学生，刚刚接触英语一个多月，也是活泼好动的年龄阶段，对英语有着浓厚的兴趣并且保持着很大的好奇心，学生乐于参与课堂，乐于学习模仿，是一个很好很正方向的热情学习阶段。 效果分析 本节课中，在热身环节，采取师生共唱一首歌的方式，来活跃课堂气氛并让学生进入英语学习的氛围，起到了积极的作用。 在新授环节让学生来找“point to...”，学生能够准确的找到并指给大家看，考察了学生的观察力与听力，达成度不错。在此环节，对于Sit down以及Stand up 的失爆连读进行了视觉展现与口语操练，并且对于stand的学习，运用了自然拼读的方式进行了学习（and→tand→stand）,学生自己拼读出来的效果要比直接教授他的效果要好得多，并且也激发了学生的求知欲。 在练习与操练环节，学生能够积极主动参与课堂教学与小组合作中，能够互相发出指令并互相做出相对应的动作，把本节课的所学能够真正的运用出来，效
