沈阳化工大学学士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 此次设计的齿轮小车在环形轨道上运动，是工厂里运料小车及传送小车未来发展的模型，也是一种提高市场生产力和社会进步的基本设备之一。本创新设计在车间可以全程实现自动化不需工人在车间工作，可以通过远程的信号来控制小车的速度和运料小车的开关,达到既省时省力又安全的效果。随着智能化和车间自动化的发展，目前车间里的运料小车会逐步实现自动化，因此此产品的设计会进一步提高机械自动化水平，改善劳动条件，提高生产率等。在我们的实际生产生活中，该设计还应该具有智能化、远程化、无人化的操作优点，比如说将该小车控制系统接入互联网之中，或者与多台控制器连接组成局域网，让生产系统与控制系统之间以及系统自生的信息交换更加准确、方便快捷。这可以在一定程度上提高生产系统的生产效率、安全性和适用性。 关键词： 齿轮小车； 环形轨道； 自动化智能车间 Abstract The gear trolley designed to move on the ring track is a model for the future development of the factory transport car and transport car, and is also one of the basic equipment for improving market productivity and social progress.
