中国石油产品现代物流体系构建研究 Research on Construction of Modern Logistics System of Petroleum Products in China 王昌勇 国际经济贸易学院 内容摘要：伴随现代物流产业发展，石油石化相关行业也在快速发展，石油石化产品现代物流已是现代物流产业关键组成部分。构建石油产品现代物流体系，加紧石油产品物流发展，有利于推进中国石油产业发展。文中从石油产品物流产业发展概况出发，介绍了石油产品物流基础设施、物流管理和物流发展计划等方面情况，经过对石油产品物流产业发展中存在石化产业布局分散、现代物流观念淡薄、物流设施和网络体系不完善、人才缺乏、现代物流企业发展缓慢等问题进行分析，提出了部分对应对策和方法。如：构建以石油石化城市为中心物流中心；加强物流硬件、软件建设；制订完整、高效物流配送方案；利用现代化物流管理模式；转变观念，培养物流人才等方法。以期能够对石油石化物流产业发展起到指导作用。 关键词：石油物流；现代物流； 石油企业 Abstract: Along with the modern logistics development, relating petroleum and petrochemical industry are also fast developing, the petroleum and petrochemical product has already been a great part of modern logistics. Constructing the modern logistic system of petroleum product, and highly developing of the petroleum product, that two things are really important to developing our petroleum industry. This essay based on the developing situation of petroleum logistic industry, introduced basic construction of petroleum product logistics, logistic management and development and so on. Through analyze on the exists problem in petrochemical industry, such as petroleum logistics developing in disperses, knowing less of the modern logistic concept, the logistic facility and the network system are imperfect, deficiency of talented person, slowly developing of modern logistics. Base on that problem proposed some strategies and the measures. For example: Constructing logistic center which surrounding the petroleum petrochemical cities; Strengthens the hardware and software of logistics; establish completely high efficiency allocation plan; Using modern logistic management pattern; change the concept, training the talented person. Expect that may instruct for the petroleum petrochemical logistic industry development.
