Learning process Step 1 Leading-in Play a song and ask students to find out little Jay’s problems in the song. Students need to think of their own problems _________________________________________________________ Step 2 Oral practice about sharing problems in groups. Students share their own problems in groups. （2 minutes given） The group leaders interview group members about their problems and then show all these problems and what they think of these problems.
