慢性前列腺炎尿流率改变与中医证型关系的初步研究作者 ：甄德栋谈钊杨毅坚 吴镝 【摘要】目的通过研究慢性前列腺炎患者尿流率改变与中医证型之间的关系 ， 找出西医病机与中医证型在该病中的内在联系，在临床实践中为中西医结合治疗本 病提供参考。方法随机抽取符合中医常见 3个辨证分型（湿热蕴结证、阴虚火旺 证、气滞血瘀证的慢性前列腺炎患者各 60例，使用尿动力学分析仪对每位患者的平 均尿流率及最大尿流率2项指标进行检测，收集数据并对其进行统计学分析，初步得 出尿流率指标改变与中医证型的联系。结果 3组病例无论是最大尿流率还是平均尿 流率均低于正常组，从最大到最小的排序均为：湿热蕴结证组、阴虚火旺证组、气滞 血瘀证组。3组间最大尿流率及平均尿流率差异均有统计学意义 （PvO.01或 PvO.05。2组间除湿热蕴结证组与阴虚火旺证组平均尿流率外，最大尿流率及平均尿 流率差异均有统计学意义（PvO.01或PvO.05。结论慢性前列腺炎患者的尿流率降低 且与该病的中医证型存在着内在联系。气滞血瘀证组尿流率降低最大 ，阴虚火旺证 组次之，湿热蕴结证组的降低较小。 【关键词】慢性病；前列腺炎;尿动力学；辨证分型 Relati on of cha nge of urine rate and type of syn drome of chronic prostatitis 【Abstract] Objective Through the research of relation between the urine rate changes of chronic prostatitis and the symptom type of this disease in TCM,find out the in tri nsic conn ecti on betwee n the pathology of the disease in Western Medi-ci ne and the mecha nism of the disease in TCM.A nd in treatme nt provide conference for doctors of West medici ne and TCM.Methods 60chro nic prostatitis patie nts from each of the com mon symptom types( n amely: “ shi re ” type, “ yin xu ” type and “ xue yu ” typewere ran domly selected.The maximal and average urine rates of all patie nts were measured by the urine dyn amic an alysator.The n the data were collected and an alyzed statistically and so find out the relation between the urine rate change and the symptom type of TCM.Results The maximal and the average urine rate of each of the three morbid groups are equally lower than the urine rate of the normal groups.A nd the decreme nt seque nee of th e urine rate is: “ she re ” group, “ yin xu” group, “xue yu ” group.There are significant differences in the maximal urine rate and the average rate be-twee n the three groups.C on clusi on Urine rate of chronic prostatitis decreased.There were intrin sic conn ecti on betwee n the urine rate cha nges of chronic prostatitis and TCM symptom type of this disease.A nd the decreme nt seque nee of the urin erate is: she re group, yin xu group, xue yu group. 【K
