Under the circumstances of present market, the logistics enterprises in our country develop uneven and remain in the medium level as a whole. To gain the competitive advantage, the logistics enterprises form the alliance to share logistics resources together in greater degree, achieve both high flexibility and improved cost, finally arrive the maximum of alliance benefit. The relationship between the logistics enterprises alliance is collaboration: to trust of each other, to share risk and income. This form will be the basic mode of logistics enterprises development in our country in present and not long future. But the high fail rate of the logistics enterprises alliance holds back lots of logistics enterprises. So, many experts and scholars pay more attention on the risks of logistics alliance. In the first, on the basis of analysis of the status quo of logistics enterprises in our country, and styles and advantages of logistics strategic alliance, and the cost and profit of logistics alliance, this thesis discusses the mechanism and need of logistics enterprises alliance. Then we introduce the game theory to analysis the decision-making. Then, on the basis of analysis of various risks of logistics alliance, this thesis sums up three aspects of risks: partner selection, difference and special resource and alliance operation. And the case detailed analyzes the risks in the difference and special resource. At last, this thesis gives corresponding scheme to prevent those risks. It presents the risks existed in the alliance, sets up the judgment system. Then it puts forward some suggestions on the further study.
