Methods 68 cases of patients with urinary system diseases, accepted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, were selected as the research object. Diagnostic accuracy was compared according to two different test methods, microscopic examination of urine sediment and Urine analyzer. Results ①The positive rate of microscopic examination of urine sediment was 85.3%, and negative rate was 17.7%, which were sigrdficantly higher than that from urine analyzer, respectively 69.1%、30.9%(P0.05);②the positive rate of urine sediment microscopy urine occult blood test index was sign讦icantly higher than that of urine analyzer(P0.05);③the accuracy rate of microscopic examination of urine sediment was sigrdficantly higher than that of urine analyzer on the diagnosis of Kidney stones, kidney cancer, acute nephritic syndrome, renal disease(PO.OS). Conclusion Diagnosis of urinary system diseases via occult blood test through urine sediment, with a remarkable clinical diagnosis effect, and high diagnosis accuracy rate, can be widely used in the clinical test.
