PAGE PAGE 21 中小企业融资问题及其对策研究 ——以天津宏锋顺科技有限公司为例 摘 要 市场制度不停歇的发展，我国中小型规模企业的发展还是非常快的。根据中小企业拥有灵活的经营方式，是增加我国经济迅速增长、加强国际竞争力的非常重要的部分。然而，在中小型企业的发展中还有很多困难，使我们感觉到最难得是融资问题，所以，深入对其进行研究、找到导致问题出现的原因、制定有关的解决对策，这个研究关乎着我国以后的发展和经济的不断进步。 本文以融资有关系的一些理论为所研究得工具，根据我国中小企业融资现状，我们将深入分析相关问题，找出原因。本文引进以天津宏锋顺科技有限公司为个案进行研究，依照它在融资过程中出现的问题，还有对它形成的原因，进行分析，对现有的融资问题提出对应的对策，希望本论文案例对融资这块起到一定的作用。最后，会对中小型规模企业融资问题加以分析并研究，解决问题提出对策并加以解决。 关键词：中小企业 融资方式 对策建议 Study on the Financing Problems of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Their Countermeasures ——Taking Tianjin Hongfeng Shun Technology Co., Ltd. as an example Abstract With the unceasing development of market system, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country is still very fast.
