服务贸易出口技术复杂度对产业结构升级的影响 PAGE PAGE 2 PAGE PAGE 29 服务贸易出口技术复杂度对产业结构升级的影响 摘要：随着经济全球化越来越深入，各个国家之间的联系也愈发密切，在全球价值链中所处地位也逐渐被各国重视，同样的产品只有当其附加值充足时，才能在国际市场中国形成充足的竞争力。而中国历来在服务贸易出口方面占据重要市场份额，但是量的优势并代表质的取胜。对这些出口的服务贸易进行考察发展其内涵的技术程度远远无法与西方发达国家相提并论。在产业结构上也不如发达国家完善。而服务贸易出口技术复杂度的提升能够促进服务业水平更具有竞争力，从而使得产业结构更加完善。在此背景下，本文将研究服务贸易出口技术复杂度对产业升级产生的影响。 因此，笔者尝试针对我国目前的服务产业进行考察，并得出其规模提升结构完善的结论。但与发达国家仍有较大差距。服务贸易总额也不断增加，但贸易逆差也持续扩大，传统服务贸易仍然占主要部分。 其次，笔者以定量的方式对服务贸易出口进行测量，并对技术密集型和服务密集型两类服务业进行比较发现前者的基础更为复杂，而且在发达国家和发展中国家的比较中，发达国家服务贸易所涵盖的技术程度更高。 最后，笔者运用实证分析的方法，探寻技术复杂度与产业结构升级之间的关系，并在研究结果中得出两者呈现正相关的关系。除此之外，研发投入状况 、外商投资以及人力资本等问题也会在一定程度上影响到产业升级的效果。但是类似个人GDP等问题却并没有呈现出与产业升级密切相关的结果。 关键词：服务贸易出口技术复杂度、产业升级、实证分析 Abstract: With the deepening of economic globalization, the links between countries in the world are getting closer and closer, and countries are paying more and more attention to their position in the global value chain.
