As an institution that provides economic support and guarantees basic life when members of society lose their labor and lose their economic income, social pension insurance is developing rapidly and is becoming more and more important. Chinas social insurance system was established after the founding of the Peoples Republic of China. After decades of development, especially since entering an aging society, various problems have been highlighted and its sustainable development has been constrained. Only by carefully analyzing the causes of these problems and finding solutions can we better promote the development of the social pension insurance system to protect the basic life of members of society in old age.
