师范生小学数学课堂导入技能掌握研究
摘要 课堂导入是课堂教学的起始环节,同时导入技能又是小教专业师范生课堂教学技能学习的一个重要方面,因而有必要对师范生掌握导入技能的情况进行研究。
本论文主要内容有三个方面:
首先,从理论上论述小学数学课堂导入技能是小教专业师范生教学技能学习的重要方面,包括课堂导入的作用与种类,师范生掌握导入技能的途径、要求。
其次,通过课堂观察法和访谈法研究小教专业师范生数学课堂导入技能掌握的现状及影响因素,研究发现:师范生的课堂导入意识都很强,对小学数学课堂导入技能的认识程度有所不同,运用小学数学课堂导入技能的水平也有所不同,而影响师范生掌握导入技能的因素有以下几点:第一,课程教学的实践性影响导入技能的掌握;第二,教育见习、实习的机会影响导入技能的掌握;第三,师范生教学技能训练的动力影响导入技能的掌握。
最后,提出促进小教专业师范生导入技能掌握的策略建议:一是要加强小学数学教学论的实践性,二是要扩大教育见习与实习机会,三是要增强师范生教学技能训练的动力。

A study on the introduction skills of primary school mathematics for normal
students
Abstract The introduction of curriculum is the beginning of classroom teaching. It is an important link for the major normal students to learn classroom skills while introducing technology.Therefore, it is necessary to study the situation that normal students master the skills of introduction.
There are three main contents in this paper:
First of all, theoretically speaking, the introduction function of primary school mathematics classroom is an important part of teachers professional education skills learning, including the role and types of classroom introduction, the ways and requirements for normal students to master the introduction skills.
Secondly, it is studied that the introduction skills of primary school normal students are mastered through classroom observation.It is found that: normal students have a strong sense of classroom introduction, and they have different understanding of primary school mathematics classroom introduction skills, as well as different levels of using primary school mathematics classroom introduction skills.The factors that influence the normal students to master the skills of introduction are as follows: First, the practicality of curriculum teaching affects the mastery of the introduction skills.Second, The opportunity of educational probation and Practice It will affect the mastery of the introduction skills.
