农村土地产权问题研究 【摘要】随着中国工业化、城镇化的快速推进，农村土地产权制度在实践中实现了自发突破，从所有权和承包经营权的“两权分离”制度逐步调整为所有权、承包权、经营权“三权分置”的格局。但当前中国相关法律尚未明晰、配套机制还不完善，农村土地产权制度变革仍面临许多不确定因素。 【关键词】农村土地产权； “三权分置” ；法律问题 [Abstract] With the rapid of industrialization and urbanization ， China， the rural land property rights system has realized the spontaneous breakthrough in practice.
