在经济全球化的时代，对外经济贸易一直以來都被认为是本国经济发展的发动机，并 总是在国民经济中扮演着十分重耍的角色。其通过技术、商品、服务及其他资源的国际间 交换和流动，把一国与国际间的经济紧密联系起來，成为国民经济的重要组成部分；是拉 动区域经济高效增长，增加地区财政收入，扩大社会就业，促进对外开放不可或缺的重要 力量。而发展外向型经济与对外贸易关系极大，作为一种时代潮流和经济发展模式，深刻 的影响了许多国家和地区的经济发展，甚至影响到一些国家和地区的政治、经济体制变革。 本文通过分析黑龙江省发展外向型经济与对策研究的相关理论，在此基础上，分析黑 龙江省外向型经济发展存在的问题，提出黑龙江省外向型经济发展的对策，希望可以为相 关领域的研究提供一定的借鉴。 关键词：经济全球化；对外经济贸易；外向型经济 ABSTRACT In the era of economic globalization, foreign trade has long been considered the countryfs economic development engine, and always in the national economy plays a very important role.
