教学设计 Unit 12 What did you do last weekend? 一、教学内容 Section A(1a-2d)(教材P67~68) 二、教学目标 1. 知识目标: (1) 掌握本课单词:camp, lake, beach, badminton,visitor,tired,butterfly,natural. (2) 重点短语:camp by the lake,go to the beach, play badminton, work as, kind of tired, stay up late. (3) 重点句型:What did you do last weekend? Where did she go last weekend? Who did she go with? Who visited her grandma? 2. 能力目标: 1)能够使用一般过去时谈论周末活动以及过去发生的事情。 2)提高学生综合运用语言的能力。 3. 情感目标:培养学生合理规划周末或假期的活动,让自己的生活更丰富多彩、更有意义。 三、教学重、难点及教学突破 使用含有who, where, how, what等特殊疑问词的句子谈论过去的活动。 关于一般过去时,上一个单元已经学习了一般疑问句及其回答,以及How引导的谈论过去活动的句型,本单元要学习what,who,where引导的谈论过去活动的句型,通过展示多个学生的周末活动创设语境,运用pairwork, listen,read,role-play和onion rings等多种手段达到巩固及灵活运用的效果。 四、过程与方法 本单元的周末活动这一话题非常贴近学生的学习生活,大家对这一话题兴趣浓厚且充满期待。通过情景导入、听说练习、师生互动、生生互动的教学环节设置,采用Practicing,Imitating and repeating,Role playing and onion rings的学习策略,利用多媒体课件来展开课堂Pair work问答式的口语交际活动,谈论各自的周末和假期活动,以增进同学之间的了解和友情。 五、教学步骤:(1课时) Step1: Lead-in. Show students a video and learn to sing a song What did you do today to warm up. 看视频,学唱歌曲What did you do today,用可爱的卡通形象、欢快的音乐节奏感唤起同学们对课程的浓厚兴趣。 And then show students three photos about the teacher’s last weekend to lead in today’s topic What did you do last weekend? and then ask them to talk with their deskmates. 通过向学生介绍老师本人周末活动的照片,然后非常自然的向学生抛出问题:What did you do last weekend?并让他们同桌讨论,并做简单交流。用老师自己的事例导入,更容易引起学生的共鸣。 Step2: Pairwork Show students six pictures about Lucy’s weekend to learn some expressions of weekend activities: camp by the lake,go to the beach, play badminton, do her homework...and then ask students What did Lucy do last weekend? to lead in to the past forms: camped, played, went, did...Next, work in pairs, ask and answer What did Lucy do last weekend?
