Step 1 Lead in
The teacher show five pictures to the students and write one long sentence and one short sentence for each picture. For example, “You can’t eat in class.”and “Don’t eat in class.”Write two of them on the blackboard, and ask the students to read after the teacher.
Step 2: 1a
Show the picture to the student, point to the picture and ask them to try to say the school rules. Check the answers at the same time.
Step 3: 1b
1. Listen to the tape and check the answer.
2. Do Exercise 1, Fill in the blanks.
Step3: 1c
Student A is a new student. Student B tells Student A about the rules above.
A: What are some of the rules?
B: Well, we can’t arrive late for class. We must be on time.
A: Can we run in the hallways?
B: No, we can’t.
Step 4 2a , 2b Exercise 2
Alan and Cindy are talking about the school rules. What are they talking about? Listen to the tape for three times. Check the answers.
Step 5 2c
Student A is Alan and Student B is Cindy. Talk about the rules in 2a.
Step 6 2d
1.Read the conversation after the teacher, then practice in pair.
2.Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.
3.Retell the conversation(Exercise 3)

学情分析
1、根据学生注意力集中不能持久的特点,精讲多练,讲练结合。七年级学生好动,听课注意力不集中,因此,根据教学目的和教材特点,联系学生实际,加强组织教学是教学的重要环节。教师课前备课要精心设计,周密设计由浅入深,课堂讲解要突出重点,抓住关键,语言要精辟,形象生动,使学生注意力集中在教学活动中,课堂上要有讲有练,教师的精辟讲解和学生的适时练习要紧密的结合起来,做到讲中有练,练中有讲,边讲边练融为一体。教师上课一开始就要紧紧抓住学生的思维,要善于引导,重视启发诱导。启发学生带着这个问题去练习,让学生动口,动手,动脑,不断唤起学生的注意力,提高学习效果。
2、练习是学生最主要的学习实际,课堂练习必须形式多样,使学生手脑并用,从而形成紧张而不呆滞,热烈而又井然有序的课堂气氛。
3、由于七年级学生对于陌生句型的掌握需要有一个过程,在学习上他们往往要先掌握扎实后才能进行有效输出。因此在教学过程中,要坚持不断地强化基本句型的掌握,并通过难易适度的口语练习进行语言输出。
效果分析
本节课学生掌握尚可,但是存在下面几个问题:
1.在用祈使句否定形式的同义句时,人称we, you不分。
2.部分学生的发音问题亟待解决。
3.语言的输出部分应当继续强化,让学生通过练习掌握基本句型。
