Module4 Seeing the doctor Unit1 I haven’t done much exercise since I got my computer 教学设计 一、 教学目标： 知识与技能目标： To be able to identify illnesses and their symptoms; To be able to talk about illnesses. 情感态度与价值观：To care about their and others’ health; To live a healthy and happy life. 二．教学重难点： 能够熟练运用看病就医的交际用语 熟练运用for 和since 的时间状语来表达自己的想法。 三.教学方法 教法： 1. 情境教学法： 先充分感知体验语言材料、让每个同学都参与进来，然后进行有控制性的语言实践，最后再到语言的实际运用。 2. 自主、合作、探究的方法 新课标提出“学生是学习和发展的主体”。本课充分遵循这一标准，最大限度的发挥学生的主动性。 3. 采用网络教学，充分利用网络资源，充分调动学生的积极性。 学法： 1. 重视师生互动和交流，让学生在活动中感知和体验，发挥学生自主参与的积极性。 2. 由于本课内容贴近学生的生活，学生都会比较有兴趣，所以采用结对合作、小组合作等方式来练习目标语言。 四、教学过程 Step1 Lead in: 1. First the teacher talks about the weather .It is changeable, so many people caught a cold. Then ask students to think about a question:”If we catch a cold, what should we do?”---See a doctor. 设计意图：利用近几天天气的变化，导致许多人感冒，采用师生互动的方式导入本课。 Step2 Presentation: The title “I haven’t done much exercise since I got my computer.” leads to the present perfect tense. The teacher explains the use of the present perfect tense, then ask students to do some exercises about the present perfect tense. 设计意图：通过对现在完成时的讲解，让学生进一步了解并掌握其用法，为理解对话扫清障碍。 Step3 Presentation: Show some pictures about illnesses. 练习句型：T: What’s the matter with him/her…? S: He/ She has got a ... 设计意图：给出关于疾病的图片，让学生对疾病的表达方式有初步的认识，为下面课题的引入和听力学习做好铺垫。通过师生练习句型，让学生了解如何用英语表达疾病的对话。　 Step4 Listening: First teacher shows five sentences. Let students listen to the dialogue then judge these sentences “True or False” 设计意图：训练学生的听力能力。 Step5Reading： Ask the students to read the conversation by themselves and finish the table on their books in group. Then show their answers, the teacher checks them. 设计意图：训练学生的阅读能力，及做题技巧。 Step6 Watching and Role speaking： 1. Students watch the video about the dialogue. 2. Let students read in roles in group. 设计意图：学生观看课文动画，老师提示学生注意语音、语调和语速。通过对话的听读操练，增强对目标语的输入。通过小组内练习，锻炼学生团队协作意识以及积极向上的学习态度。 Step7Reading First have students read the dialogue again, and find out these sente
