PAGE PAGE II 绿色工程项目管理的评价体系构建研究 摘要：政府和企业一起合作，创建出绿色的工程项目，来实现绿色工程项目管理的基本方针，而用什么方法对工程项目管理进行合理科学的评价使之能够更好地发展其绿色化，如何构建一个科学的评价体系就是本文主要的研究内容。本文将绿色管理的基本理论和绿色工程项目管理评价体系概念作为研究的基础，对其特征及其意义进行阐述，判断影响绿色工程项目管理的因素，选择了管理、环境、技术、资源、能源和经济六个方面的评价指标因素，然后通过这些指标构建出了绿色工程项目管理的评价体系，并将定性与定量两种分析方法结合起来运用，用层次分析法来确定各项指标的权重大小，最后通过一个实际例证对该评价方法进行验证，从而确定了该项目在工程项目管理方面的绿色程度。 对可持续发展的绿色工程项目管理进行持续推进，利用该评价体系在工程项目方面的优势，绿色工程项目管理的发展前景其实具有着重要的意义。 关键词：绿色工程项目管理，评价体系，层次分析法 Research on Construction of Evaluation System of Green Project Management Abstract：The government and enterprises work together to create green engineering projects to achieve the basic principles of green engineering project management, and what methods can be used to make a reasonable scientific evaluation of project management so that it can better develop its greening. How to construct a scientific evaluation system is the main research content of this paper. This paper takes the basic theory of green project management and the concept of green project management evaluation system as the basis of research, expounds its characteristics and significance, and judges the factors that affect green project management. The evaluation index factors of management, environment, technology, resources, energy and economy were selected, and then the evaluation system of green engineering project management was constructed through these indicators, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods were combined. Analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index. Finally, the evaluation method is validated by a practical example, thus determining the green degree of the project in the management of the project. The sustainable development of green engineering project management is continuously promoted. Using the advantages of this evaluation system in engineering projects, the development prospects of green engineering project management actually have important significance.
