经济学视角下“考公热”现象浅析 摘 要 考公务员是已经持续很多年的热门话题，由此衍生出来“考公热”等名词更是不 绝于耳，特别是对于在寻找新的职业方向的人以及为“考公热”更添一把火的大学应 届毕业生。就业方向有很多种选择，企业、国有事业单位、政府机关等。本文以研究 去往政府机关公务员方向就业为主，运用经济学相关知识，结合相关文献，采用理论 加文献综述分析法，逻辑分析加案例叙述论证分析法，对比公务员和非公务员的经济 性收益和非经济性收益，并且结合作者对现实中已经成为公务员和正在备考公务员的 案例进行访谈更进一步的进行收益的分析，以此来寻找考公热存在的合理性，考公就 业的可行性，以及影响人们考公的经济性因素和非经济性因素，帮助就业者理性分析 看待适合自己的未来就业方向，减少寻找的时间成本以及降低社会资源和人力资源的 低效使用。 关键词：就业；考公热；经济学分析 I An analysis of the phenomenon of kaogong fever from the perspective of Economics Abstract The examination of civil servants has been a hot topic for many years, from which the term examination fever is constantly heard, especially for those who are looking for a new career direction and fresh university graduates who are adding fire to the examination fever.
