摘 要 注塑模具是一种生产塑料制品的工具，其赋予塑胶制品完整的结构和精确的尺寸。注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。其将塑件熔体注入型腔，在型腔内冷却成型。塑件尺寸精准，表面光洁度高，成型过程安全可靠，易于实现全自动化生产，改善了加工环境，大大缩短了产品制造周期。机油盖结构和形状较为复杂，采用PA1010材料，非常适于使用注塑模具进行生产。本篇为机油盖注塑模具设计说明书，包含了塑件分析和模具总体设计，总共九章。塑件分析包括了材料成型性能分析及塑件结构分析。模具总体设计包括了注射模具的工作原理、设计准则以及材料的选择、注射机的选择、注射机有关参数校核、分型面的确定、浇注系统设计（主流道设计及计算、浇口的选择和计算、冷料穴），成型零件的设计（凸凹模的结构设计、凸凹模的工作部分尺寸计算），模具导向机构的设计、脱模推出机构的设计、冷却系统的设计、模具的装配等方面。 关键词： PA1010、机油盖、注塑模具、浇注系统 全套图纸加扣 3346389411或3012250582 ABSTRACT Injection molds are a tool for the production of plastic products,it gives plastic products complete structure and precise size.
