摘要 随着近些年制造业的迅猛发展，中国在世界制造业的的地位大幅提高。在我国的 经济体系中主要有 30 多个行业，而在这些行业中纺织业名列前茅。根据网上调查数 据可以看出纺织业也是中国的创汇行业的龙头。不过正是由于制造业的迅猛发展，如 何提高整装生产线的平衡率也成了每个大企业研究的对象。如何对企业的整装生产线 进行合理的诊断分析，减少生产成本，减少浪费，并且提高生产效率，已成为我国制 造业发展的当务之急。 河南众成纺织品有限公司是一家以生产纺织品为主要特色的企业。不过随着我国 经济的快速发展公司同样面临着激烈的竞争，订单大幅度的缩减和生产成本日益上升 的问题。本文以河南众成纺织有限公司毛巾生产线为研究对象，运用生产线平衡的知 识对该生产线进行系统的研究分析，并根据该公司整装生产线存在问题提出改进的对 策。结果证明，基础生产线平衡方法在提高企业生产效率、减少浪费方面效果明显。 本文的研究方法可以为其他纺织企业提供了一套完整的改善思路，具有理论指导意义 和实际参考价值。 关键词：生产线平衡，优化，研究 Abstract With the rapid development of Chinas manufacturing industry in recent years, how to improve the assembly line has been a problem for every enterprise. China has become the center of the worlds manufacturing industry. Among the 32 industries in China, the textile industry is at the forefront and is also Chinas largest foreign exchange earning industry. However, it is precisely because of the rapid development of the manufacturing industry that increasing the balance rate of the assembly line has become the object of study for every big enterprise. How to make a reasonable diagnosis and analysis of the production line of the enterprise, reduce the cost of production, reduce the waste, and improve the production efficiency have become the urgent task of our countrys manufacturing industry. Henan Zhongcheng Textile Co., Ltd. is a textile enterprise which mainly produces towels. However, like most enterprises, the company is also facing fierce competition, a sharp reduction in orders and increasing production costs. This paper is based on the workshop site of the company. Using the knowledge of industrial engineering learned by the University, the production line is systematically studied and analyzed, and reliable solutions are put forward based on these problems. The results show that the basic industrial
