Methods A total of 80 patients with verruca plana were divided by different treatment measures into treatment group and control group， with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received oral administration of isotretinoin shell capsules combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and thymopeptides enteric-coated tablets， along with external application of adapalene gel. The control group received oral administration of isotretinoin shell capsules and external application of adapalene gel. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment group had higher total effective rate as % than % of the control group， and the difference had statistical significance （chi;2=， P）.
