摘 要 青海省地处于祖国的内陆西北部地区，条件气候和自然条件相比较于经济发展快的地区落后，因此我省的 各方面人才队伍的建设受到严重的制约。但随着西部大开发战略的启动，并且在我国“十五”初期，国家 对青海省根本设施进行了扶持，在乡村电气、生态情况治理建造是焦点，在城市交通，周边高速公路及通 信设备是核心。这些改变使得我省基础设施发生了较大的变化，而且我省它本身就拥有着特别充足的资源。 进入二十一世纪以来，我省对旅游业高度重视，并且加大开发旅游业的力度并且进行多种方式的宣传，使 得青海省全方位，多形式的走进每个人的心，在政策的扶持下 2002 年其他省去我省的人数达到历史最高 人数。政府加大了青海的经济建设，这一发展使得各方面人才涌入青海。随着青海省的快速发展，事业单 位也进行了一系列的改革，但是目前我省事业单位的人才管理发面还是相对滞后，有些问题已经严重影响 了我省的发展，所以在此期间青海省事业单位人才的管理是当前一项重要的任务。本文以青海省事业单位 人才管理现状及对策进行分析和讨论。 关键词：事业单位；人才管理；青海省 Abstract Qinghai province is located in the Inland Northwest of the motherland.
