喀斯特地质对工程造价的影响研究--以宜万铁路为例.pdf

摘 要 地质是人类进行工程建设的载体，不同的地质环境对工程建设的承受能力不同，因此会制约 该区域的工程建设。尽管我国的工程建设事业飞速进展，但地质条件对工程建设的影响依旧不容 忽视。喀斯特地区地质条件复杂，自然灾害频发，在此进行工程建设难度大、成本高，能否正确 认识工程地质条件，处理地质问题，关系到工程项目能否顺利建设、安全运营及其造价高低。对 喀斯特地质认识不足或处理不当，不仅会带来工程事故，大大增加工程造价，还会带来各种工程 遗留问题，增加后期运营和维护费用，造成总成本的增加。因此，重视地质问题，保证勘察资料 准确性，优化设计，合理施工以及后期维护是降低喀斯特地质区工程总造价的重要途径。 关键词：喀斯特地质； 勘察； 设计； 工程造价 ABSTRACT Geology is the carrier of the construction of human engineering, the different geological environment on the construction of the bearing capacity is different, so it will restrict the construction of the region. Despite the rapid development of Chinas engineering construction, but the impact of geological conditions on the construction of the project can not be ignored. The geological condition is complicated in Karst, frequent natural disasters, the construction difficulty and high cost, the correct understanding of engineering geological conditions and geological problems related to the project construction, safe operation, low cost, lack of knowledge on Karst geology or improper treatment will not only result in engineering accident, greatly increase the project cost will bring a variety of engineering problems, increase the late operation and maintenance costs, increase the total cost.
