钢铁行业实施绿色供应链治理的研究—以 B 公司为例 摘 要 当今世界普遍面临能源紧缺、生态环境恶化的问题。爱护环境节省资源实施可持 续进展战略成了世纪最重要的使命之一。实践证明开展绿色供应链治理可以减少环 境危险节省资源降低成本提高企业经济效益和环境绩效进行绿色供应链治理的研究 对提高首钢京唐公司产品的国际 争力、爱护环境和实施可持续进展战略具有十分 重要的意义。实施绿色供应链治理是实现可持续进展的有效途径。钢铁企业是能源与 资源消耗大户也是环境污染大户在新的历史使命和新的环境下应改变过去以“高投 入、高消耗、高污染”为特征的生产运营模式利用先进的绿色供应链技术将可持续进 展观融入到企业的经营理念中力求节能降耗提高资源利用率降低生产成本生产出品 种多样化、质量高、环境友好的钢铁产品使钢铁企业的经济效益与社会效益达到平 衡。因此本文以 B 公司为例对钢铁行业实施绿色供应链治理情况进行探究，指出其 中存在的问题，最终提出相应的解决对策。 关键词 ：钢铁行业 ；绿色供应链；供应链治理 Research on implementing green supply chain management in the steel industry ——Taking Company B as an example Abstract The world today is generally facing the problem of energy shortage and deterioration of the ecological environment.
