PAGE PAGE 32 FDI对我国省级地区全要素生产率增长的影响研究 摘要：促使全要素生产率的提高，对于我国的工业化建设具有重大意义，而其最有效的途径就是技术的进步。相对于引进先进技术，通过自主创新研发的技术周期长，且由于技术水平不够造成在研发中投入量大，消耗高，产出技术一般。因此，通过外商直接投资引进先进技术来促使国内企业进行产业升级，提高企业的全要素生产率是一种越来越被全世界所推崇的方式。FDI的流入主要通过外资企业所带来的溢出效应、竞争效应和模仿效应来对当地企业造成影响。研究FDI，结合我国各省市外商直接投资对全要素生产率的影响情况，能够更加准确地得出相应结论。 本文在对国内外与FDI、TFP的有关文献进行综合整理论述后，利用以DEA的曼斯奎特指数法估算分析了我国31个省市在2010-2014年间的全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步存在的差异。得出以下结论：①外商直接投资对我国的全要素生产率的增长起到了显著的正向作用。②我国的企业全要素增长率在外商直接投资的影响作用下呈现出空间集聚的特点。 关键词：外商直接投资、全要素增长率、曼斯奎特指数法、面板模型 Research on the impact of FDI on the total factor productivity growth in Chinese provincial level Abstract: The improvement of total factor productivity, which is of great significance for our countrys industrialization construction, and the most effective way is technological progress. Compared with the introduction of advanced technology, the research and development of independent innovation of technology cycle is long, and due to technical level is not enough the research and development inputs are big, consumption is high, production technology is ordinary. Therefore, through foreign direct investment to introduce advanced technology to encourage domestic enterprises to carry out industrial upgrading, improve the total factor productivity of enterprises is a kind of more and morepopular way in the world. Promoting FDI inflows primary cause the spillover effect, competition effect and imitation effect brought by the foreign capital enterprise, and cause an effect to local businesses. Research on FDI,combined with the influence of foreign direct investment to the total factor productivity of various provinces and cities in our country, can get more accurately corresponding conclusions. Based on the domestic and foreign comprehensive literature related to FDI and TFP, using Malmquist index method of DEA,this paper estimate and analysis the total factor productivity,technical efficiency and technical progress of 31 provinces in China during 2010-2014.
