PAGE PAGE 22 创业板传媒类上市公司融资结构问题研究 摘要：融资结构一直是金融行业很热门的问题，但仍然没有一个统一的结果让大家接受。由于上市公司所处的地区和上市的板块是不同的，所以得出的研究结果也不能统一。创业板市场给了很多高新技术企业在融资问题上提供了很大的帮助，在我国资本市场中也变得越来越重要。本文主要将我国创业板上市公司融资结构对其业绩的影响关系作为主要的研究对象，根据国内外的资料以及查找当前创业板传媒公司的经营状况。根据创业板上市公司的特点，对创业板传媒类上市公司进行分析，根据已经上市的华谊兄弟公司进行分析，以发现创业板传媒类市场下融资结构存在的问题。最后根据研究结果，提出个人的问题与建议，期望能为创业板传媒类企业融资过程中出现的一系列问题寻找一些切实可行的帮助。 关键词：融资结构；创业板；上市公司 Research of Media Listed Companies Financing Structures on GEM Abstract：The financing structure is always a topic which has been discussed for a long time over the academic field. However, due to the differences among the countries to countries and the sectors to sectors they listed, not until today is there a relatively uniform conclusion about it. So are the results of the research. As a new financing place which provides financing channels for high-tech enterprises, Gem market gradually accounts a more and more proportion in Chinese capital market.?The relationship between the financing structures of GEM listed companies in China and?its performances will be the main object of the research. Besides, this article will be systematically elaborated in accordance with the time sequence based on the theory of related capital structure at home and abroad, corporate performance as well as the literature data. Then, in order to find the existing problems in the financing structure of the GEM media market, it will conduct an objective analysis of GEM media listing Corporations according to the characteristics of the GEM Listing Corporation and an empirical analysis according to the research sample of a listed company called Huayi Brothers. Finally, it will put forward some personal problems and suggestions according to the empirical results, hoping that it can provide some practical help to GEM media companies when they face a series of problems in the process of corporate financing.
