PAGE PAGE 21 “互联网+”背景下我国银行保险深化发展研究 摘要：在国际金融混业经营的时代背景下，我国金融业动静迟缓。在“互联网+”潮流中互联网保险以信息技术优势冲击着银行保险的发展。在这种“内忧外患”环境中，我们重新讨论发展银行保险的现实意义，即促使银行保险在新的形式下依旧保持良好的发展势头。文章总结归纳了银行保险的发展模式有协议代理、战略联盟、合资企业、金融集团。我国银行保险经过20多年的发展目前仍然处于初级销售协议代理模式的阶段，但其发展潜力是无限的。在对银行保险的现实状况进行SWOT分析时，笔者将从SO、ST、WO、WT策略出发，有针对性地提出在营销策略、银保合作、环境政策、信息技术等方面深化我国银行保险发展的途径。以求我国银行保险在互联网发展热潮和互联网保险的冲击下，突出重围，占据经济金融发展的有利形势。 关键词：“互联网+” 银行保险深化发展 Deepening Development Research On Bancassurance In China Under The Background Of Internet + Abstract: Under the background in the era of international financial mixed operation, China financial industry drumbling in a slow movement. In the tide of Internet +, Internet-insurance has had a great impact on the development of bancassurance with advantage of information-technology. In this kind of malaise environment, we discuss the practical significance of the development of bancassurance again, which is to promote it still to maintain the good developing momentum. This thesis sums up the development patterns of the bancassurance which there are sales agreement, strategic alliances, joint ventures, financial group. After more than 20 years’ improvement in our country, the bancassurance is still in primary stage of sales agreement proxy pattern, but we can found that it have a grate potential prosptct in the future. When we analyze the reality of bancassurance by SWOT-analysis, we aim to make some suggestions on deepening bancassurance’development in our country in terms of marketing strategy, collaborating Banks and insurance companies, environmental policy and information technology by the method of SO-strategy, ST-strategy, WO-strategy, WT-strategy. Finally, prompting bancassurance occupy the favorable situation with the development of economy and finance under the influence of the advancement of the Internet- boom and Internet –insurance.
